Scott came to Wagga in early 2016 from Sydney where he trained at Moore College and served in the Illawarra region of the Sydney diocese. Scott is particularly interested in the study of the New Testament, and in 2022 completed his Master of Theology, focusing on the study of 1 Corinthians. He oversees all staff and ministries in the church and along with the Parish Council sets strategic vision. As well as regular preaching and pastoral ministry, Scott and his wife Nat together run marriage courses and small groups evangelistic courses on a regular basis, and together love to host people in their home.
